Burç Kümbetlioğlu completed his primary and secondary education in Sivas and completed his university education at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, Department of Finance. After completing his master's degree, he took acting classes.

After graduation, he opened a joint advertising agency with a friend in Istanbul and then left due to disagreements with the partners. She worked as a financial advisor in an insurance company selling individual pensions.

After fulfilling his military service, he returned to Istanbul. Burç Kümbetlioğlu, who had his first acting experience with the series Hanımın Çiftliği in 2009, took part in many films and series such as Eve Dönüş, Milat, Çırağan Raid, Aramızda Kalsın, Böyle Bitmesin, Veda, Sen de Gitme and Anneler ve Kızları. He played the character of Petty Officer Senior Sergeant Bayram Bayat in Savaşçı, one of his last series.

In 2020, he played in the series Payitaht Abdülhamid Payitaht Abdülhamid and Savaçı. He continues to take part in new projects.
