The five years that have passed have changed a lot in Gül Çıkmazı. Yasemin is attracted to Mehmet, who has supported her through difficult times, but her circumstances do not allow for a romance. Elif finds it difficult to discipline her adolescent sons. She tries an interesting method to get Ömer's support. Kudret leads a happy family life with his new wife Gülşah and their daughter. Gülşah is disturbed by the mockery of her daughter's weight and tries to make her thinner in secret from Kudret, but she messes up. Nermin grows her business in the catering company she co-founded with Suzan and publishes a cookbook under her own name. Uncomfortable with Nermin's patronage, Suzan attempts to disrupt her business. Emel marries Yavuz, whom she has just met and knows little about, and returns to Gül Çıkmazı. She is, of course, unaware of Yavuz's secret agenda and plans for revenge.
