Nermin and Altay are about to go on their honeymoon when a development about Kerem upends all their plans. When Ömer takes the children to a scout camp, Elif goes to a spa hotel with Zeliş. However, her vacation is spoiled by a bad surprise. An exciting and troubled journey awaits her. Zeliş meets Levent at the spa. She thinks that he is still in love with her. However, a new development will be enough to make Zeliş dilemma about love, affection and commitment.
