Stelyo, Yorgo's older brother, has come from the Greek island where he lives after their father's death. As the building where Ihsan's office and shop are located on the one hand and the building where Sevinç's association is located on the other are both looking for new buildings, they learn that Stelyo inherited a three-story building from his father and things get complicated.
