Yorgo's brother Stelyo has come from the Greek island where he lives after the death of their father. As the building where Ihsan's office and shop are located and the building where Sevinç's association is located are up for sale, both of them are looking for a new building, Stelyo learns that his father left him a three-story building and things get complicated.
