Haldun is surprised by Ela's reaction to the marriage and tries to talk to her but can't find a face. Fikret, who can't spare enough time at home due to her busy work, promises to meet her husband Ali for lunch to solve her problems with him, but an unforeseen surgery prevents her from keeping her promise. Ela becomes suspicious when Zenan, who is on good terms with Suat, becomes nauseous. Zenan is horrified by the possibility of pregnancy, but she convinces him to take a pregnancy test. Nazenin is also worried about Ela's pain and insists that she be examined by Dr. Jülide. Jülide tells her that there is a small possibility that she may not be able to bear a child as a result of her initial examination. She will need to do a deeper scan to find out for sure.
