 After losing one of the triplets at birth, Cem and Reyhan adopt the orphaned baby in the hospital. On the day of their discharge, Reyhan is confused by a man who confronts her.

As Cem and Reyhan struggle with three babies at home, Reyhan is unable to bond with the baby they have adopted. While Mahur and her family are having breakfast with Şakir, Reyhan shows up at the house. While Mahur and Şakir panic, Berk and Beste surprise them. Mahur has to be honest with her mother and tell the truth. However, Reyhan is hiding the big secret. Berk, who swears at the producer and quits, is warned by his manager.
