Born on October 15, 1970 in Emirgan, Istanbul, Özlem Savaş attended the Austrian High School for Girls, but she had to go to Switzerland with her father at the time, so she continued her education in Switzerland. When Özlem Savaş returned to Turkey, she attended Şişli Terakki High School. During this period, she won TÜBİTAK awards in mathematics and physics. Özlem Savaş completed her undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Computer Engineering and in 1988, during her student years at the university, she starred in the movie Three People on a Swing with Yaşar Alptekin and Atilla Saral. Özlem Savaş starred in plays such as A Circle of Lies, Çıplak Ayak, Ağır Roman, Kaç Baba Kaç, Geceenin Kulları at the Istanbul City Theater. After that, Savaş's career began to rise. Then he stepped into cinema. He appeared in films such as Tunç Başaran's unforgettable movie "Uçurtmayı Vurmasınlar", "Eighth Hour" and "Manisa Tarzan". In 2008, he starred in the movie "Avanak Kuzenler" with Alp Kırşan, Yağmur Atacan, Paşhan Yılmazel, Fatma Toptaş, Erdal Tosun, Tuluğ Çizgen and Hakan Bilgin. In October 2009, she went to London and received NLP training. She ran a fish restaurant in Arnavutköy for a long time. In 2004, she married Kamil Cengiz Evren. She separated from her husband after one month together and three months of marriage.
