In the series "Twisted Affairs"; Neslihan (Hatice Şendil) has a magnificent, enviable life when viewed from the outside. While Neslihan believes in this illusion and thinks that she lives a perfect life, she learns that the person she trusts the most in life, her husband (İsmail Demirci), has been cheating on her for a long time. Moreover, with Nehirla (Sera Kutlubey), whom she had taken for her sister. All the stones she has stepped on are shifted and Neslihan has to question right and wrong, good and bad, and make sense of them all over again so that she can stand up again and fight for herself, her family and her children...
