Levent, wiser from the Mert incident, wants to trust him despite the suspicious situations he witnessed. Levent shares with Haldun that Ela is hiding something to him at the expense of lying. Nazenin, who does not return to France despite Ela's insistence, calls Haldun. Zenan cannot understand why Suat is acting cold and picks on him. Finally, Suat exposes Zenan's lie. Realizing that Ümit will not give up the fight, Zenan changes tactics and tries to checkmate Ümit with his own game. Taking advantage of Fikret's leave for unpaid clinic work, Zeynep and Zenan steal a patient from psychiatry. They make Ela an accomplice in this very surprising case and hilarious moments ensue. Levent presses first Arslan and then Ela about the locked door, but fails to shed light on the case. When he learns from Haldun that Nazenin is still here and that she met Burçin, he gets suspicious and calls his commissioner friend. Burçin calls Arslan and asks him to come the next evening. Arslan, unable to talk to Ela because Levent is always after them, calls her to Anesthesia. They do not realize that they are being followed.
