Suna Selen

Theater, cinema and TV series actor. She was born on July 1, 1939 in Istanbul. After graduating from Istanbul Atatürk High School for Girls, she graduated from Beşiktaş Municipal Conservatory Theater Department. Fatma Aliye Hanım on the reverse side of the new 50 Turkish lira is Suna Selen's grandmother. She was engraved in the memory of the audience with the role of the evil queen she played in the movie Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Suna Selen, who played Rahşan Ecevit in the movie Zincirbozan, has starred in many movies and TV series. Most recently, she starred in the movie Five Minarets in New York, Kara Murat Mora's Fire and After the Revolution. He continued his acting career with the series movie Life Goes On. Suna Selen and Münir Özkul lived together for 14 years, 6 of them married, and from this marriage they had a daughter, Güner Özkul (b. February 1, 1966). Suna Selen, who has acted in more than 100 films and series so far, took part in the cast of the series "My Daughter", which came to the screens in 2018. In 2020, at the age of 81, she starred in a movie and a series. She continues to take part in new projects.
