Sevinç Erbulak was born on October 20, 1975 in Istanbul. Her mother is Füsun Erbulak and her father is Altan Erbulak. Ayşe Erbulak is her older sister. Actor Dağhan Külegeç is the child of her sister. After graduating from Istanbul University State Conservatory Classical Ballet Department, she graduated from Müjdat Gezen Art Center Theater Department.
He is an actor of Istanbul City Theaters. He worked as an instructor at Müjdat Gezen Art Center.

From 1993 to 1997, he starred in the TV series "Super Baba" with directors Osman Sınav, Tunca Yönder, Orhan Oğuz, Kartal Tibet, Feyzi Tuna and screenwriters Yavuz Turgul, Sulhi Dölek and Nilgün Önes; Şevket Altuğ, Sümer Tilmaç, Jülide Kural, Şevval Sam and Bennu Yıldırımlar, Ümit Çırak, Selçuk Yöntem and Suna Pekuysal.

In 2013, he was on the 17th Afife Theater Awards jury committee.

In September 2014, Sevinç Erbulak, together with her sister Ayşe Erbulak, her nephew Dağhan Külegeç and Özden Özgürdal, opened a school called "Erbulak Acting and Writing House", which provides theater and performing arts education.

Sevinç Erbulak married lawyer Dalin Midyat in 2005. She has a daughter named Zeynep Kavin Midyat (b.2006). They divorced in 2009.

On November 21, 2014, Sarp Apak, Özge Özpirinçci, Bülent Emin Yarar, Sevinç Erbulak, Burak Sarımolabir starred in the movie "Karışık Kaset" which was released in theaters.
