Theater, cinema and TV series actor. His full name is Ragıp Reha Özcan. Born July 5, 1965 in Bingöl. He is originally from Boyabat. He is also the brother of actor Serhat Özcan. He went to primary school in Balıkesir. He completed his secondary education at Kartal Anatolian High School. He graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 1987.

Reha Özcan started his professional theater career at Trabzon State Theater in 1987. He was appointed to Istanbul State Theater in the 1990-1991 season. In the 1992-1993 season, he was transferred to Antalya and continued his professional career at Antalya State Theater. At the same time, he worked as a director at Akdeniz University's Theater Club and Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Theater.
