Devrim Özkan was born in Istanbul on September 2, 1998. He comes from a family originally from Muğla, along with his mother and father. Özkan, who has been interested in performing arts since a young age, decided to pursue his education at the Department of Acting in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University in Bodrum after completing his high school education.
