Burak Sevinç, son of oud artist Özcan Sevinç, was born on October 27, 1985, in Zonguldak. Sevinç completed his primary, middle, and high school education in Zonguldak. While still in elementary school, he began studying the kanun at the Turkish Art Music Association under his father's guidance. After a short training period, he learned to play instruments such as the violin, oud, kanun, and guitar. Sevinç began performing at the Zonguldak Art Music Association in 1997. She also worked as a professional musician in Behzat Gerçeker's Enbe Orchestra for a period. She enrolled in the Music and Performing Arts Department of the Design Faculty at Yıldız Technical University for her university education but dropped out in her second year to focus on her music career.
In addition to acting and music, Sevinç also enjoys carpentry as a hobby. She had her first acting experience in 2011, playing the character Alpay in the series For My Father. In 2012, she played the character Yusuf in the series Crossroads. She then took on small roles in series such as Merhaba Hayat (Hello Life, 2013) and Yalan Dünya (The World of Lies, 2013). That same year, she appeared in the series Ben Onu Çok Sevdim (I Loved Him Very Much, 2013), produced by Pana Film, alongside Mehmet Aslantuğ, İdil Fırat, and Birce Akalay, playing the character of Hasan Bey, the driver. He later appeared in the series Evli ve Öfkeli (2015), Altınsoylar (2016), and the film Dönerse Senindir (2016).
