Born in a family of immigrants from Bulgaria and Greece, Başak Parlak was born on November 3, 1989 in Tekirdağ. She graduated from Namık Kemal High School and Maltepe University International Relations Department.
56 kg and 1.70 meters tall, she stepped into television life with the series Zalim in 2003. In 2008, he starred with Fikret Hakan, Sermin Hürmeriç, Deniz Gökçer in the series Serçe, in which he starred with Saruhan Hünel.
Başak Parlak hosted the comedy program "Hayret Bir Şey" on Star TV in 2011.
In 2013, he starred in the movie "Neva" with Şükrü Özyıldız, Nergis Kumbasar, Levent Özdilek, Tevfik Urgancıoğlu.
