Aysun Kayaci
Aysun Kayacı (b. May 20, 1979; Üsküdar, Istanbul) is a Turkish model, actress and presenter.
She started modeling at the age of 15 as a stand attendant at fairs. After modeling for a long time, she started acting in the 2000s and starred in the series Zehirli Çiçek.
In 2004, she received the "Best Model of the Year" award at the 12th MGD Golden Lens Awards. In 2005, she starred in the TV series Çat Kapı, in 2006 in the TV series Doktorlar and in 2007 in the TV series Silent Ships. She also played the role of a singer in the movie "15 Minutes on Low Heat". Between 2007 and 2008, she played in a commercial movie of Pepsi.
In 2009, she graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of History. Although she continued to act in TV series, she mainly worked as a presenter in the television program Haydi Gel Bizimle Ol, which was broadcast on NTV. In the same years, she also hosted a singing contest on a private channel with Haldun Dormen.
On March 27, 2008, in the aforementioned program, and referring to the words of the pig character in George Orwell's novel Animal Farm: "We are all equal, but I am more equal than everyone else" and said: "What kind of democracy is this? Can my vote be equal to the vote of the rabble, the shepherd in the mountains?" Şükrü Orak, President of Adıyaman and Districts Solidarity Association, and his lawyer Hacı Orhan filed a criminal complaint against him and requested a lawsuit to be filed under Article 301 of the Turkish Penal Code for "Insult through the Press".
On October 27, 2012, she married banker Efe Kapancı. She lives in London away from the media.
