Ata Demirer
Born on July 6, 1972 in Bursa, the comedian, actor and musician completed his primary and secondary education in Bursa. After completing his primary and secondary education in Bursa, he enrolled in the Turkish Music Department at Istanbul Technical University State Conservatory and moved to Istanbul.
While performing in various places during his university years, he started to take his first steps into the world of theater and show business. After his experiments at Dormen Theater, he dropped out of university by focusing on stand up shows. Demirer realized his first show experiences between 1996-1998 and after performing in many places, he realized the first of his one-man show Giant Squad in February 1998. He carried the success of this sold-out show to the Korsan TV show he made for television with the same characters.
Demirer's movie adventure began with his appearances in films such as Neredesin Firuze, Vizontele Tuuba and 15 Minutes on Low Heat. In the same period, he gave life to the character of Volkan Sütçüoğlu, one of the main characters in one of the most popular works on television, Avrupa Yakası. While Ottoman Republic, written and directed by Gani Müjde, was one of the most watched works of the year, he appeared as the fictional Ottoman sultan Osman VII in the movie.
In 2010, Demirer continued his journey on the big screen with the Hakan Algül film Eyyvah Eyvah, which would turn into a three-film series, and starred in another Hakan Algül film, 2012's Berlin Tiger. Finally, the famous actor took part in the cast of Hakan Algül's Niyazi Gül Dört Nala, in which he once again shared the lead roles with Demet Akbağ.
