Alp Kırşan was born on November 3, 1979 in Levent, Istanbul. Alp Kırşan, whose father is a former football player, has an older brother.

In 2000, Kırşan won first place in the Best Model of Turkey competition and third place in the Best Model of World competition. Kırşan, who started her career as a model, started acting in time.
